General terms and conditions

The terms of use of the services between the client and "Tera Cleaning" LTD - the company.

Our client:

  • Client must provide access to hot water and electricity; give us accurate information about the establishment, address and pets, if any.

  • Client must submit a valid reservation.

  • Parking space is not included in the price, it’s additional cost if client cannot provide valid vehicle authorization.

  • The refrigerator and freezer must be defrosted prior to our arrival so we can clean them well.

  • Client can cancel ordered services free of charge up to 24 hours before our team is scheduled to start. If sooner, we reserve the right to charge up to £50 for late cancelation.

  • Before we start, we conduct an inspection for broken or damaged items. We encourage our clients to be present if they are unable, we will provide written record of the inspection.

  • When cleaning, we need a written decree within 7 days of our work.

  • Our warranty is 7 days, but it is voided if there are personal belongings or people after our cleaning within this time table.

Our Company:

  • The prices are as stated and are not subject to negotiation.

  • We reserve the right to recalculate the price in cases of larger or dirtier accommodation or adding additional extras for which the client will be informed.

  • The client will always be informed when the price is subject to change.

  • The materials and detergents the client provides do not provide discount.

  • We employ a no refund policy. But in cases when you are not completely satisfied, we offer additional services for no extra charge until desired result is achieved.

  • We do not take responsibility for damaged furniture or electronics, broken prior to our arrival.

  • In the event of proven damage to your belongings, we take full responsibility and will repair the items if possible.

  • We reserve the right to deny service in case of danger to health and well-being of our employees.

  • We reserve the right to cease working process in case of an incident or unforeseeable events and circumstances.

  • We cannot guarantee successful removal of pre-existing stains or carpet fading and color changes.

The rules are according to the law and the regulatory requirements
